Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Kia&Amy Styles is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

International Shipping
Currently, Kia&Amy Styles ships only within India.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
