At Kia&Amy Styles, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Be accompanied by a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged or incorrect items.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Color preference
• Personal preference after purchase

Returns or exchanges will be considered only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear
• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Clearance sale items
• Any product marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Email or WhatsApp us with:
   • Your order number
   • Clear photos of the product
   • The mandatory unboxing video
   • A brief description of the issue
3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected:

• If eligible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method and order circumstances.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
